Most orders arrive with nothing further to pay, because they fall under the low-value import threshold in most countries.

We can't guarantee it though. Customs duties and import taxes are set by your local authorities, not by us, and where they do apply they're the recipient's responsibility. If you're unsure, your local customs office can tell you the threshold for your country.

If it hasn't dispatched yet, yes — email us straight away through out "CONTACT US" section and we'll stop it.

Because we dispatch same-day, that window is short. If it's already gone out, wait for it to arrive and return it under our normal returns process.

Once a parcel has shipped we can't redirect it. If it's returned to us because the address was wrong, we'll refund you minus the shipping cost — so it's worth double-checking your address at checkout.

Give it 24–48 hours. Tracking only goes live once the courier has physically scanned the parcel, which is usually a day or two after you get the dispatch email.

If it's been longer than that and still shows nothing, email us with your order number and we'll chase it.

Check your junk or spam folder first — that's where it is about nine times out of ten.

Still nothing? It usually means there was a typo in the email address at checkout. Email us on our CONTACT US section with the name and address you ordered under and we'll find it.

316L stainless steel — the same grade used for surgical instruments and marine hardware. Gold-tone pieces are 316L with a PVD coating, which is bonded to the surface rather than plated on top.

It's not sterling silver and we're not going to pretend it is. Silver tarnishes, dents and needs polishing. Steel doesn't. For jewellery you actually wear every day — in the shower, in the ocean, at the skatepark — steel is the better material, and it's why we can charge $39.99 instead of $150.

Stirling Silver - we will have sterling silver pieces dropping very very soon, for our more premium range for those that would prefer that. 

No, and we'd rather say that plainly than dress it up.

Our silver-tone pieces are solid 316L stainless steel. The gold pieces are usually coated with 16-18k gold but are not entirely gold. 

A lot of brands describe steel as "platinum bonded", "silver finish" or "gold bonded" and hope you don't ask what's underneath. Underneath is steel. Ours is too — we just don't lie.

No. Green skin comes from copper and brass, which is what most cheap jewellery is made of underneath a thin layer of plating. Once that plating wears off, the base metal reacts with your skin.

Our silver-tone pieces are solid steel all the way through. There's no coating to wear off, and steel doesn't react like that. That's the whole point of using it and what allows us to keep competitive pricing with quality material. 

Silver-tone pieces won't. 316L steel is the same colour at the surface as it is at the core, so there's physically nothing to wear away.

Yes. That's what it's built for.

316L steel is corrosion-resistant in salt water and chlorine. You don't need to take it off for the shower, the gym, the pool or the ocean. Rinse it with fresh water after a beach or pool session if you think of it — but honestly, it'll be fine if you don't.

For most people, yes. 316L is the grade used in surgical implants and body piercings precisely because it's so well tolerated, and it's far less likely to irritate than the plated brass in cheap fashion jewellery.

Use our ring size guide. Two ways to do it: measure a ring you already own, or wrap a strip of paper around your finger. Takes about a minute either way.

We stock whole US sizes 6 to 14. If you land between sizes, go up — a ring that's slightly loose is wearable, one that won't clear your knuckle isn't.

As a rough guide: 45cm (18") sits at the base of the neck, 50cm (20") sits just below the collarbone, and 55cm (22") sits on the chest.

If you're layering two chains, go for a 45cm and a 55cm so they sit apart properly rather than tangling.

Barely at all, which is the idea.

If it gets dull, warm water and a drop of dish soap with a soft cloth will bring it straight back. Avoid bleach and harsh solvents. Don't use silver polish — it's made for a different metal and you don't need it.

Storing pieces separately stops them scratching each other, but they're steel, so they're hard to damage.

Yes. If it tarnishes, fades or breaks within 1 year, we'll replace it free.

That covers normal wear. It doesn't cover loss, theft, or damage from obvious abuse — but if a piece has genuinely failed on you, email us with a photo and we'll sort it out. We're not going to argue about whether fading counts as "normal wear", which is a game other brands play.

Because we're not paying for a shopfront, a celebrity, or a two-hundred-dollar markup on the same metal.

The $130 rings from the big names are made of the same 316L stainless steel ours are. We ship direct, keep the range tight, and price it at what the piece is actually worth.

All major cards, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal. Everything's processed through Shopify's secure checkout — we never see or store your card details.

Yes. Checkout runs on Shopify's encrypted payment system, which is PCI-DSS compliant. Your card details go straight to the payment processor and never touch our systems.

Bear in mind delivery takes 10–15 business days, so order with a bit of runway if it's for a birthday or Christmas.
