Two ways to find your size. Both take about a minute.

Step 1 — Calibrate your screen
Grab any bank card. Every card in the world is exactly the same size, so we can use it to work out how big your screen really is.
Match this to your card
Card still bigger than the outline? Your screen is too narrow to calibrate this way — use the typed measurement further down instead, or the paper method.
Step 2 — Place your ring on the screen
Line the inside of the band up with the red circle. Adjust until the red ring just disappears behind the band.

Measure your finger
- Cut a thin strip of paper and wrap it around the base of your finger — snug, not tight.
- Mark where the strip overlaps, then lay it flat and measure to the mark in millimetres.
